For in-person delegates, please be informed that the hotel requires your passport information in order to proceed with the reservation. Your cooperation in providing this information is greatly appreciated.

For online delegates, you may enter all zeroes in the passport field and a valid future date for the expiration date to bypass the question.

Your reservation at the hotel is confirmed from February 2-6, 2026. Please specify your desired check-in and check-out dates. Please note that any extra nights will result in additional charges. For shared rooms, there is an extra cost of $130 per night per person, and for single rooms, the additional charge is $230 per night per person. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your attention to these details.
