Concerning YOUR responsibilities, if accepted to serve at the Feast, you agree:
To be in Jerusalem AT THE DATE of your commitment and to fulfill all duties required by your position for the duration of the Feast. (This means remaining until the LAST EVENT of the Feast has taken place AND serving on Jewish holidays) - NO late arrivals. Please vacate your lodging on the designated date, unless otherwise arranged with the Housing Department.
Regarding Virtual Team Members, you agree:
To have all virtual assignments completed by the due date given by the Team Leader. You understand that your position is the same as if you were in attendance physically (need to show up on time, complete all assignments on time, take your position seriously, etc. You agree to be available as early as September 1 for training and will need to be available to work on Feast assignments, depending on the shift assigned to serve.
There are no fees to virtually volunteer for the 2026 Feast of Tabernacles. As remuneration, you will receive free access to the 2026 Feast of Tabernacles platform for 3 months after the Feast.
PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
Attendees and participants in worship gatherings or events with the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ) may be photographed or video'd for use in ICEJ’s promotional materials. By entering this area, I grant to the ICEJ and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and videos of me, or in which I may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other lawful purposes and in any manner and medium in perpetuity; and to alter and composite the same without restriction and without my inspection or approval. I hereby release the photographers, videographers, the ICEJ and their legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs and / or videos.
REFUND POLICY & CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee, deducted from the total amount paid.
Full Refund Exceptions
A 100% refund (no cancellation fee) will be issued only in the following limited circumstances:
- Officially Declared War in Israel: A formal declaration of war by the Government of Israel that results in a nationwide legal prohibition on entry into Israel.
- Official Denial of Entry: If a traveller is formally denied entry upon arrival by Israeli immigration authorities despite holding valid documentation, fully complying with all entry requirements, and making truthful declarations.
All claims require official written proof and are subject to review and final approval by the ICEJ Finance Department.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
