Welcome to the Feast 2024 Team Member Application page!

This online application form is for both new and returning Feast Team Member applicants. 

REMINDER: Your application cannot be processed until you complete the form and CLICK THE SUBMIT BUTTON on the final page. Completion of this form does not guarantee placement in this year's Feast of Tabernacles, but informs the ICEJ of your desire to serve. You will receive a notification from the ICEJ confirming the receipt of your application after submitting this form. 

To serve at the Feast of Tabernacles, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have made a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord
• Realize that this is a ministry unto the Lord and, as such, be willing to accept the spiritual cover and practical leadership of the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem and its designated Feast leadership during the season of your service

Regarding financial responsibilities, you must:

• Be able to pay for your own transport to Jerusalem (flight to and from Israel + transport to and from the airport)
• Be able to pay the required Team Member fee to help defray the costs of your accommodation while in Jerusalem (The ICEJ subsidizes up to 20% of the total cost for each team member). ICEJ does not own the Yitzhak Rabin Youth Hostel.  It is a local Israeli Hostel and ICEJ pays them for your space there and your meals there.  ICEJ subsidizes the cost to make it less expensive for you
• Accept responsibility for your own personal expenses during your stay

ALL FEAST TEAM MEMBERS MUST arrange travel/medical insurance coverage for your time in Israel, PRIOR to your arrival (PLEASE NOTE: without proof of adequate medical insurance coverage for your time in Israel, you CANNOT participate as a Feast Team Member).

PLEASE NOTE: Health regulations may change at any time, and the ICEJ may need to adjust the Feast according to Israeli Governmental restrictions. If you are accepted to serve as a Feast Team Member and are planning your flight to Israel, please ensure to select the Airline's Refund option when making your flight reservation. The ICEJ is NOT responsible for flight costs.   If Team Member fees have been paid and you are unable to travel because of Governmental Travel restrictions, the ICEJ will refund your Team Member fee only according to the refund policy.

There are 4 different arrival dates for Feast Team Members, depending on the department in which they will be serving.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Some departments have multiple arrival days, according to team member availability and/or department needs.
• Team members MUST be available to serve the entire period allocated to their team.
• NO late arrivals or early departures will be allowed.

The dates & fees for the Feast of Tabernacles 2023 are as follows-:

ARRIVAL 1: Oct 6 - 24

 ARRIVAL 2: Oct 9 - 24

ARRIVAL 3: Oct 13 - 24

ARRIVAL 4: Oct 14 - 24

Concerning YOUR responsibilities, if accepted to serve at the Feast, you agree:

To be in Jerusalem AT THE DATE of your commitment and to fulfill all duties required by your position for the duration of the Feast. (This means remaining until the LAST EVENT of the Feast has taken place AND serving on Jewish holidays) - NO late arrivals. Please vacate your lodging on the designated date, unless otherwise arranged with the Housing Department.

Regarding Virtual Team Members, you agree:

To have all virtual assignments completed by the due date given by the Team Leader. You understand that your position is the same as if you were in attendance physically (need to show up on time, complete all assignments on time, take your position seriously, etc. You agree to be available as early as September 1 for training and will need to be available to work on Feast assignments, depending on the shift assigned to serve.

There are no fees to virtually volunteer for the 2024 Feast of Tabernacles. As remuneration, you will receive free access to the 2024 Feast of Tabernacles platform for 6 months after the Feast.

PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY

Attendees and participants in worship gatherings or events with the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ) may be photographed or videographed for use in ICEJ’s promotional materials. By entering this area, I grant to the ICEJ and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and videos of me, or in which I may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other lawful purposes and in any manner and medium in perpetuity; and to alter and composite the same without restriction and without my inspection or approval. I hereby release the photographers, videographers, the ICEJ and their legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs and / or videos.
