The total cost of the tour is: USD 1,999 per person for a shared twin room. USD 2,749 per person for a single room. Upon approval of your application, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. The balance of 50% is payable before arrival. Flight costs are not included in the tour price.

Travel & Accommodations

Starting January 1, 2025, tourists from visa-exempt countries will need to obtain an Electronic Travel

Authorization (ETA-IL) before traveling to Israel. Applications must be submitted at least 72 hours before the travel

date, and the fee for the ETA-IL is NIS 25 (approximately $7), payable by credit card.

Once approved, the ETA-IL is valid for multiple entries over a two-year period.

The cost of the tour includes accommodation, transportation, breakfast and dinner, as well as lunch on workdays only.

Guests may check in up to three days before or after their scheduled arrival date.

For any additional nights, the rate is $160 per person per night (including breakfast and dinner). The amount listed below reflects only the additional nights.

If you are not staying any extra nights, please make sure your dates show May 3–May 12.

Waiver and Release Form

Volunteering in Israel is a wonderful, rewarding experience, however, some certain unique challenges and risks come with serving in Israel, as this is also a land of conflict. In joining this program, you are acknowledging hereby that you are fully aware of these risks, have been informed of them by the ICEJ, and thus are fully assuming these risks as you come to join the ICEJ Hands-on Serving Tour. To that end, we ask that you read and sign this waiver and release, thereby acknowledging and agreeing to the following:

1. I hereby declare that I am over 18, and as an adult responsible for my actions, I have chosen to volunteer with the International Christian Embassy in Jerusalem.

2. Assumption of Risk: I hereby declare that I am fully aware of the fact that my decision to volunteer in Israel has inherent risks beyond the ability of the ICEJ to control. Having been informed of this, I declare that I assume all risks involved in my participation in the tour and waive all claims of responsibility of the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem for any losses or damages except as may be caused by its gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

3. I confirm that I am physically able to travel unassisted and participate in service opportunities.
