What is the Envision Registration email account?

You may reach us at events@icej.org. For Help desk, you may email helpdesk@icej.org.

What is the main page of the platform to register or sign-in?

To register, you may visit on.icej.org/envision2022. To login, you may go to go.icej.org/envision. If you do not know your password, you may reset your password, otherwise, please check your email for your passwordless link. We have encoded your credentials for your convenience, so you don't need to type your username and password.

How long can a user access the Envision programs/watch seminars?

Users have access to all content for 3 months after broadcast.

What time does the Envision conference begin?

The Envision conference starts with a live prayer meeting on the 24th of January at 6 pm (Israel Time).

In which languages will the live events and broadcast be available?

The platform is available in English, German, Finnish, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Chinese. The live programs on Tuesdays as well as the Thursday programs will be simultaneously interpreted into French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Czech/Slovak, Thai and Indonesian. These translations will remain also as VOD.

How can I access the support live chat?

On the virtual platform there is an orange button (symbol of a call center agent) at the top on the right hand side. Please click on it and you will be able to chat with the ICEJ Support (helpdesk@icej.org).

How often will there be live broadcast/events?

There will be live events and broadcasts four times a week for four weeks. Please see for more details the program on the platform.

A person registered and paid, but didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail, what does he need to do?

Please check the junk/spam folder in your email inbox or contact ICEJ Support (helpdesk@icej.org)

How can people pay (by credit card/debit card/bank transfer etc.)?

Payment can be done by credit card/debit card/bank transfer. For the option bank transfer, you have to be in personal contact with the Registration Department (events@icej.org).

My password doesn't work. What do I do?

Please contact the ICEJ Support (helpdesk@icej.org). On the log-in page there is forgot password/email button. It will give you a link to reset your password in your email.

How can I enter the Registration page?

The Registration page can be entered via this link: on.icej.org/envision2022

Are there special times to pray?

Yes, there will be each Monday prayer times for different regions and on each Wednesday there is the Global Prayer Gathering. Please see the program schedule for each Monday on the platform.

Where can I find a general seminar overview?

Can the seminars and the messages from main speakers be downloaded or purchased on DVD or online (as a file)? And when are they available?

No, only when you buy the Full Conference Ticket or the Study Package you can watch the seminars.
